Ingredients
1 1/2 dl kold kaffe
knuste isterninger
chokoladelikør
sukkersirup
Instructions
Lav sukkersirup ved at komme sukker og vand i en lille kasserolle over svag varme.
Rør i blandingen, indtil sukkeret er opløst, bring det derefter i kog og lad det koge uden omrøring i 1 minut.
Hæld den kolde kaffe over knust is i et højt glas. Smag kaffen til med lidt sukkersirup. Rør lidt chokoladelikør eller rom i kaffen.
