1 groftrevet appelsinskal
rørsukker
Instructions
I en kaffepresser blandes kaffe, kardemomme og appelsinskal. Hæld kogende vand i til 2 kopper kaffe. Lad kaffen trække i ca 4 min, før stemplet presses ned.
Kaffen sødes efter smag med rørsukker. Serveres i små kopper.
