Ingredients
500 g modne ferskner
100 g sukker
3 spsk vand
2 fl moselvin
1 fl champagne
Instructions
Skyl fersknerne del dem i kvarte og fjern stenen, skær kødet ud i mindre stykker. Varm sukkeret og vand op i en gryde, til sukkeret er smeltet afkøl let og bland ferskenerne i hæld en ½ flaske vin på og lad det trække i mindst 2 timer i køleskab, tilsæt derefter det sidste vin og lige før serveringen hældet champagnen i.
