Ingredients
1 flaske rødvin (75 cl)
1 dl snaps eller 1-2 dl portvin
skallen af 1/2 usprøjtet citron
2 spsk sukker
3 stk hel kardemomme
4 hele nelliker
1 stk hel kanel (ca 10 cm)
50 g mandler (1 dl)
60 g rosiner (1 dl)
Instructions
Kom citronskal, sukker, kardemomme, nelliker og kanel i en gryde. Hæld 2 dl av rødvinen over og varm den op til kogepunktet. Tag gryden fra varmen og lad det trække mindst 1 time.
Skold og smut mandlerne og hak dem groft. Si de 2 dl rødvin over i en anden gryde og hæld resten av rødvinen og snaps eller portvin i. Tilsæt mandler og rosiner.
Varm gløggen op til kogepunktet og tag den fra varmen. Den må ikke koge, så fordamper alkoholen.
