Cola de Mono
Ingredients
2 ltr. sødmælk
Kanel, ca. 3 tsk.
nelliker, ca. 6 stk.
sukker, ca. 4-5 spks.
vanilie, ca. 2 tsk.
4 spsk. instant kaffe
1/2 ltr. god whiskey
Instructions
Kom mælken i en tykbundet gryde og tilsæt så kanel, nellikker, sukker og vanilie efter smag. Ovennævnte er kun vejledende. Men smag dig frem.
Ingen af krydderierne skal være alt for dominerende.
Lad mælken koge op til kogepunktet og tage gryden af varmen.
Opløs den istante kaffe i lidt kogende mælk og kom det i gryden.
Lad blandingen køle helt af og hæld whiskeyen i.
Nu skal blandingen sies og hældes på kande.
Et viskestykke eller en stofble er glimrende.
Serveres koldt i store glas. Evt. cognacglas
Det smager ligesom Baileys - bare meget bedre.
