Hvidløgsvodka
Ingredients
100 g hvidløg i fed.
1 fl. vodka.
1 spsk sukker.
Instructions
Blancher feddene i kogende vand i ca 30 sek. Hæld vandet fra og prik hvert fed flere gange.
Kom feddene i en flaske, tilsæt sukker og hæld vodkaen over.
Sæt låg/prop på og lad den trække 2-3 måneder.
Samme fremgangsmåde kan anvendes med cognac eller gin.
Ved gin anvendes dobbelt mængde sukker.
