1/2 kg store modne havehyben
1/2 liter vand sukker efter smag
citronsaft
tonicvand
Instructions
Skyl de helt modne hyben, flæk dem og rens dem omhyggeligt. Hak dem og hæld dem i kogende vand. Eller findel de rensede hyben i en blender med lidt vand og kog derefter 5 min.
Fjern alt skum og gnid hyben og kogevand gennem en sigte. Si derefter gennem papirfilter.
Smag den afkølede saft til med sukker, citronsaft.
Bland med tonicvand og isterninger.
