Ingredients
20 hyldeblomst-klaser (uden stilk)
25 g. citronsyre (2 spsk.)
saft af 1 citron nektar
250 g. melis, 250 g. Puddersukker
1 liter kogende vand
1 tsk. flydende atamon.
Instructions
Hyldeblomst-klaser, citronsyre, citronsaft og sukker blandes og overhældes med kogende vand. Atamon tilsættes. Dette trækker 4-5 dage under låg, sies og gemmes på atamonskyllede flasker, der proppes til dagen efter.
