Hyldeblomst saftevand
Ingredients
Ca. 50 klaser hyldeblomster
2 kilo sukker
6 citroner
2 tsk. citronsyre
2 liter kogende vand
Instructions
Put klaserne i en spand eller kryde, skær citronerne i tynde skiver (ca. 1 cm) og bland det hele i spanden, rør godt med en stor ske. Lad det så stå 4 dag (rør i det en gang imellem).
Si det, og hæld det på flasker.
