Hjemmelavet lemonade
Ingredients
Lemon syrup:
6 store citroner
6 hele nelliker
Kogende vand
5 dl sukker
Lemonade:
Is
Dansk vand
Instructions
Lemon syrup:
Citronerne skæres i tynde skiver og lægges i en stor skål
sammen med nellikerne.
Kogende vand tilsættes, så citronerne er dækket.
Trækker natten over. Vandet sigtes over en stor gryde.
(Citroner og nelliker smides ud).
Tilsæt sukker og rør til sukkeret er opløst.
Blandingen koger ind i ca. 10 min. til konsistensen er tyk.
Afkøles. Lemonade: Kom is i et highballglas.
Tilsæt 3 cl lemon syrup og top op med dansk vand.
Garneres med citronskiver og mynteblade.
