Eggnog
Ingredients
24 delte æg
2 cl sukker
1 kvart bourbon
2 cl cognac
1 kvart fløde
2 kvart mælk
1 kvart vanilleis
Muskatnød
Instructions
Rør æggeblommer og sukker til en tyk masse. Tilsæt Bourbon og Cognac og rør grundigt. (Spritten "koger" ægget.) Tilsæt fløde og mælk og fortsæt med at røre. tilsæt isen i små stykker. Rør æggehviderne stive og tilsæt. Skal stå i køleskab mindst 30 minutter før servering. Drys let med muskatnød.
NOTE1: Den er ret stærk men smager ikke af meget, så du kan evt. skære lidt ned på mængden af bourbon og cognac.
NOTE2: Både bourbon og cognac bør være af høj kvalitet.
